Tanasbourne Veterinary Emergency
To allow adequate time for all our patients, and to minimize your wait, we recommend scheduled appointments.
Because emergency cases always receive top priority, occasional delays in appointments are inevitable. Please know that we will make a sincere attempt to see you and your pet in a timely manner.
We would like to thank you in advance for your patience.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
We require full payment at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cash.
Unfortunately, we do not offer in-house payment plans.
We request a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. All late cancellations and no-shows from established clients are subject to a $35 fee.
For non-established clients, our exam fee must be paid as a deposit at the time of booking your first appointment. No- shows for non-established clients result in forfeiting your exam deposit.
